A second, successful cheese and wine evening, expertly organised by Frances Kirkpatrick and the Loddon society was held at Hardley mill. |

Hardley Windpump dominates the flat marsh landscape
The enjoyable, well attended event allowed guests the opportunity to inspect the mill’s internal and external repair work carried out to date with Peter Grix on hand to answer any queries. |

The varied selection of delicious cheeses, breads and accompanying salads complimented the wines. Whilst the wine flowed, Norfolk Mills Group members were able to appreciate the splendid views across the marshes from the river bank or from the top of the windpump. |

The event raised a total of £350 for Hardley Mill. |
